We honor Apple/Google refund decisions. We do not process refunds directly.
EU consumers — 14-day right of withdrawal
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services, except where you explicitly waived this right to access the service immediately. By purchasing Orabit Premium you waive the 14-day right to begin using premium features immediately.
Trials
For trial subscriptions, you are not charged during the trial period if you cancel before it ends.
