1. Acceptance
By installing or using Orabit, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least the digital-consent age in your country of residence — typically 13, and up to 16 in some EEA Member States (Spain 14, Portugal 13, France 15, Germany 16, Ireland 16, Netherlands 16, etc.). By using Orabit you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Service description
Orabit provides interpretive astrology and tarot content for entertainment, reflection, and personal exploration. Readings are composed at runtime by a deterministic template engine from human-authored content fragments.
4. Not advice · No recommendations
Orabit content is not professional advice and is not a recommendation to do or refrain from doing anything. Card meanings, horoscope text, compatibility readings, lunar guidance, journal prompts, and notifications are interpretive symbolism offered for entertainment and self-reflection only.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Any conclusion, interpretation, choice, or action you take after reading Orabit content is your own decision and your sole responsibility.
- Orabit content is not a substitute for medical, mental-health, financial, legal, relationship, professional, parenting, safety, or any other qualified advice.
- You will not rely on the app to make consequential decisions, and you release Orabit and its operators from liability for outcomes, losses, or harms that you attribute to your interpretation or use of the content.
5. Subscriptions
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Cancel any time via App Store / Google Play account settings.
- Free trials, where offered, convert automatically. We send a reminder 24 hours before charge.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer the app, extract content for redistribution, share your account, attempt to defeat trial limits, or use the service to deceive others.
7. Account suspension
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, abuse refunds, or repeatedly attempt fraud.
8. Intellectual property
All content, art, and code in Orabit is owned by Orabit or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orabit’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are resolved in courts of Bucharest, Romania, unless mandatory consumer protection law of your residence applies.
12. Contact
Apple App Store — Additional Terms
If you obtained Orabit from the Apple App Store, these terms also apply. They supplement the Orabit Terms of Service.
1. Acknowledgement. This EULA is between you and Orabit only. Apple is not a party. Orabit is solely responsible for the app.
2. Scope of License. Non-transferable license to use Orabit on Apple-branded products you own or control, per Apple’s Usage Rules. Family Sharing allowed.
3–6. Maintenance, warranty, product claims, and IP infringement claims are Orabit’s responsibility. Apple has no obligation.
7. Legal Compliance. You represent you are not in an embargoed country or on a prohibited party list.
